All steaks are locally raised and grass fed from K Bar K Ranch, Range Hand Meat Co., and other Texas ranchers. All Wagyu is Heartbrand Beef Akaushi, raised in South Texas.

GROVER'S BAR & PATIO LIMITED MENU

Grover Sheets built our building for his blacksmith’s shop, which he opened in 1912. It remained in operation until the end of 1971. It was the longest continuously operating business in Celina at that time. To honor Grover’s legacy in this very space, we’ve created a signature cocktail menu that reflects the best of each decade his shop was a part of the heart of Celina. Our goal is for this space to bring back the same sense of community that his blacksmith’s shop once certainly held for our farming town.
