The Forge 1912 is a family-owned restaurant, featuring favorite tastes of Texas, and located in the heart of the Historic Downtown Celina Square in one of the fastest-growing corridors of North Texas. We are housed in Celina’s restored 1912 blacksmith’s shop and rooted in Texas traditions.
LOCAL & GRASS FED
All steaks are Texas raised and grass fed. Our Prime Angus steaks come from Range Hand Meat Company.
Grover's Bar
Named for Celina’s long-time blacksmith, Grover’s Bar features great wines, local beers, and classic cocktails. When the weather is good, we’ll have bar seating available on the patio as well.

Take a step back in time to dine in Celina’s historic 1912 blacksmith’s shop–see if you can find the historic elements like original concrete floors, pre-1930s railroad rail, 100-year-old wagon wood, and an original anvil stand. We are proud to offer a menu that sources local first, a wine list featuring the best of the West Coast and some local Texas favorites, and well-known beers and classic cocktails.
