We are so excited to announce that Celina dining legend Chef Joey Dawkins is moving down the street to join the team at The Forge 1912 and we want you to be part of our soft opening to experience all his new culinary creations!
To celebrate today’s announcement, we’ve opened up another week of soft opening seating! Between now and January 30, when you buy any combination of gift certificates and our new exclusive The Forge 1912 merchandise at the levels below, we will send you a link to book a table at the soft opening. You can use your gift certificates at the soft opening and wear your Forge gear around town! (If you bought gift certificates during our Christmas promo, you can secure another reservation link if you decide to buy more gift certificates or merch this go-round.)
Here’s how it works:
The Forge 1912 New Year Gift Certificate and Merch Promotion
$150 total in gift certificates or merch — You will be sent a link to book a table for 2 at lunch during our soft opening
$200 total in gift certificates or merch — You will be sent a link to book a table for 4 at lunch during our soft opening
$300 total in gift certificates or merch — You will be sent a link to book a table for 2 at dinner during our soft opening
$500 total in gift certificates or merch — You will be sent a link to book a table for 4 at dinner during our soft opening
Your gift certificate and merchandise purchases can get you an exclusive link to book a table during our soft opening in Spring 2024. (The booking link will be sent out 2-3 weeks before the soft opening. If you are unable to attend at one of the soft opening times, that’s okay! Your gift certificates can be used any time after we open!)

AND we will announce more details soon about how you can book events in our Chef’s Table room. Available for parties of 8-14, this room will provide an elevated dining experience unparalleled in the area. There’s nothing like it north of 380! You’ll work with our events manager to plan a custom menu from Chef Joey. You’ll be seated in a private room with a view to the kitchen. You’ll have a dedicated server just for your group who will keep flowing the wine and drink pairings that have been specially curated to your menu. Chef Joey will bring out each course and talk to you about it. And you’ll have an evening that you and your guests will be talking about for months to come. So…stay tuned!
